This CNC router bit is equipped with two plunging knives and two side knives with exchangable HW blades, which can be rotated for maximum durability. All blades are fixed by special Torx screws. This tool is ideal for direct plunge into the material and fast removal over a large surface area. Thanks to enhanced geometry the cutter leaves a very clean and smooth surface on the bottom side of the material.

Use: For vertical plunging operations, grooving, folding, routing and planing of materials from solid wood, glued wood or DTD, LTD, MDI and other composites. To be used on CNC machines.
