As an optional accessory for DDS sanders, you can fit your machine with a brush drum for structure finish of wood. To fasten the required brush drum, you have to use a shaft.
The Shaft is fitted with a pulley and bearings with housing for precise and simple fit in the machine. The assembly and fitting of the brush and shaft into the machine is simple and quick. Use both drums to achieve the best possible finish. First, the workpiece is roughed up with a steel wire and then it’s finished up by a brush with a nylon thread, that provides a fine clean up and fine finish.
The brush is fastened using two worm screws on both ends of the drum and by pins against slippage on the shaft.
The shaft is supplied disassembled for simpler shipping.
