The M175 Diamond Cutters are designed for industrial use in all types of CNC machines. Three flutes fitted with diamond teeth allow the highest possible performance. Cutter life is approximately 50x longer than that of a standard tool with carbide HM edges. Ideal tool for the production of joints, grooves or for trimming of materials such as DTD, melamine and laminate, MDF, HPL and veneered DTD. Consider the type of operation and type of material before routing.
The special design of three flutes fitted with diamond flakes guarantees quality finish on the lower and upper edge. Positive flutes with a reverse ending for a cleaner cut on the upper edge. Unique performance allows cutting of up to 30 m/min. We don’t recommend using this tool on solid wood.
