This CNC router bit is equipped with two plunging knives and two side knives with exchangable HW blades, which can be rotated for maximum durability. All blades are fixed by special Torx screws. This tool is ideal for direct plunge into the material and fast removal over a large surface area. Thanks to enhanced geometry the cutter leaves a very clean and smooth surface on the bottom side of the material.
Use: For vertical plunging operations, grooving, folding, routing and planing of materials from solid wood, glued wood or DTD, LTD, MDI and other composites. To be used on CNC machines. When plunging into material thicker than 10 mm, the revolutions need to be set to a maximum of 12 000 RPM. Body of hard steel – 2 plunging and 2 side HW knives (Z2+2).
