The M173 Diamond Cutters are designed for all types of CNC machines. Much better performance than one flute tool thanks to two flutes. Cutter life is approximately 50x longer than that of a standard tool with carbide HM edges. Ideal tool for the production of joints, grooves or for trimming of materials such as DTD, melamine and laminate, MDF, HPL and veneered DTD. Consider the type of operation and type of material before routing.
Axial angle geometry towards the centre of the board allows fine finish on the upper and lower edge and permits feed speed of up to 20 m/min.
